"I got this as a one night anniversary gift for my granddaughter, but the hotel was so overrun with kids. They couldn’t use the swimming pool. They couldn’t sit out because the parents were all sitting around drinking. They were pretty well confined to their room and that isn’t what I wanted them to have for their anniversary I would’ve known there was a birthday party scheduled that was gonna take over the pool I wouldn’t have scheduled them at this hotel."

Me neguei a espera e pedi que ao menos me entregassem pano de chão e produto de limpeza pra eu mesmo poder limpar, apenas então a moça da recepção disse que ela mesma limparia, o que ela realmente fez."

"Walked into a check in desk with no one available and rang bell multiple times and a representative finally came from the back. They didn’t seem too eager to help us and welcome us here for our stay. As we walked to check in the floor was very sticky and made noise as we walked. It was almost so bad that we were going to leave and go somewhere else and we should have because it didn’t get better. Shower drain and sink drain kept filling up as you showered and didn’t drain properly. Age of...

"This hotel was excellent! The breakfast had many delicious options, including a mini fridge with yogurt and hard boiled eggs, white and chocolate milk! The staff was amazing. Especially Tommy at the front desk! I had to bother her for a couple of items we forgot and she was the sweetest and most polite adorable person! We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and had most of the basics. However, the room lacked furnishings. There was no place to store your clothing. Living out of a suitcase is ok for one night, however for four nights it is a major inconvenience."
