"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"We came back for a second year with our 2 boys and loved our stay yet again. We were given a free upgrade to a superior family mezzanine room which was a fab start to the stay. Our balconies overlooked the harbour, our favourite pool and the mountains behind. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as it was last year, the pools were always accessible and never overcrowded and the safety of the resort meant we were never worried about the boys (10 and 12) going between beach and pool. Close to everything you could want, from walking tours to taxis and public transport. After an unpleasant experience at another hotel, Dimitre and his family really made us feel at home, but on vacation. I will definitely fly next summer. "
