"Was great and close to Shanghai Disney"

"Ótima localização para Disney e aeroporto. Café da manhã razoável. Apenas uma opção de restaurante no hotel sendo Chinês, e não tem restaurante perto."

"Funcionarios prestativos, comoda do restaurante bom e muito bonito"

"The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. "Excelente localizacao. Voce pode ir e viltar da Disney em 6-8 minutos, realmente muito proximo da entrada do parque."

"The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste,...

They are not bilingual and refuse to use translation apps. The staff is rude and their attitude is nasty! Pack a portable iron...

"If you can overlook a few details such as smelly elevator, dark garage, unmarked dishes in the breakfast buffet, this place is worthy of staying for interesting room design and fairly well done cleanliness."

"よかったです。"
