"The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff.
On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. "Hotel rooms were lovely and spacious.
Breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful.
£2 in a taxi from Disneyland.
Best part was reception, they are so helpful so friendly and are available 24/7. Nothing is too much for these guys.

"The room was just as advertised and was just enough for 4 adults and 1 baby. Be sure to message in property the night before if you require a shuttle to ensure...
