"The desription of the cabin as "Scenic Alaskan cabin in the mountains" is NOT accurate. It is an old 2 story duplex, not a cabin. This place is in a run down neighborhood right off the Glenn Hyw in earshot of the traffic noise. Yes, there is a mountain in front of the house, but everything in Alaska has a mountain in view. All you can see of this "mountain" is the side and woods.

"We stayed for just under a week in late June/early July. We weren’t sure what to expect with staying in an apartment on-property with the host, but it was good. Kids were playing in the yard occasionally, but not loud and gave us our privacy.
Very clean apartment. Nice amenities. Washer/dryer was very helpful. We were out and about most of the day, but it was a great place to retire after long outings. Blackout shades were a big help as we weren’t used to sunlight so late into the evening.
