This stylish 3-storey townhouse is perfect for families or small groups. The upper floor boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a sofa bed for an additional guest (linen available for an extra charge). Modern amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a sunny courtyard.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for meal preparation. You’ll also find extras like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and some sweet treats.

Bedrooms:
The 2nd floor offers a strong, sophisticated Queen bedroom, alongside the main bathroom.

Rising to the 3rd floor you will be greeted with a very sophisticated & lux King bedroom & ensuite. Also available, to cater for the whole family, is a fully bedded porta cot & low chair.

Each bed will be freshly made and ready for your arrival, with all necessary linens thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for your comfort and includes the following amenities:

Heating/Cooling.
There is an air-conditioning unit on the ground floor and second floor. This will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living property and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighbouring residential noise. The property is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
