"This property was a really neat place for our family to stay. My boys wanted to fish and they were able to right off the dock. We had so much wildlife around us which was really neat. The owner was very responsive. We clogged a toilet and the cleaning person came by the same day and took care of it and brought us more supplies for our stay.Full transparency - the mosquitoes are bad. We were there in July, which is the rainy season and you couldn't be outside at dawn or dusk without bugs on you....

"We brought our son down for his 7th birthday. We had a great time. Property was just as pictured, clean, communication was great. He enjoyed fishing off the dock while we weren’t out and about checking out nature and wildlife. We will for sure be back. "

"This was a stay for my 50th bday. Came with my family - 15,12 and 8 to ride off road trails at big cypress, fish and enjoy the everglades. I am a vacation snob in all honestly and am very picky about where I stay as I like to be comfortable, and my place needs to be clean, cozy and on the higher end. This home FAR exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, luxurious, just top notch and WOW what a view! It is beautifully decorated, has every possible amenity you could want, an amazing kitchen...

"Communication was great. The house was amazing. My dad and sons and I stayed for the weekend and fished off the dock and landed some lunkers and many great memories. Coach was a very attentive host. We will definitely be back. "

"The home was as described, it was exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable house on the water where we could keep our boat at the dock for our fishing trip. The owner Ty was super friendly and was more than helpful with some ideas and recommendations for our fishing trip. We go down to the Marco area a couple times per year to fish and we will definitely rent from Ty again. Thanks!!"

"We had a lovely time! The time of year we were down there was all we had, and mosquitos are pretty bad in this area. However, we knew this going it but I guess not warning read on the internet could have prepared us. This how was AMAZING though and a great homebase after all of our activities. My son caught a juvenile goliath grouper and was over the moon!"
