"The Hotel is amazing, it has clean pools and Jacuzzis. The room I got was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The brunch was very amazing as well and the staffs was very friendly and helpful."
"My wife and I enjoyed the stay, our room, the staff and would be happy to stay there again. Parking is limited and accessibility is for able bodied people. We typically walked to restaurants.
Our bed was comfortable, the AC unit kept the room comfortable.

The Inn does a pretty good job of taking care of the place, they just don't have the ability to take care of places in the neighborhood, which are a bit run-down. It is an island...
"Stayed in a nice, spacious three bedroom villa with my wife and three kids. Enjoyed the private pool that was included with the villa. Would recommend the Westin Ferry for transit to and from the St Thomas airport. "

The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The bay is warm and awesome, the pool is clean and awesome, taxis charge per person each direction. A food truck is inexpensive down the street (10 min walk). 5 min walk from airport is the Lindbergh. Walk on beach to Emerald hotel 10 Heavenly, beautiful minutes. Dominos delivers and there’s a grocery store called Pueblo $10 per direction taxi"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Shout out to the transportation supervisor Ms. Freeman, she went above and beyond to find a fruit that I had 40 years ago on the island and get me some. The property is very clean and the beach is awesome. Will definitely be coming back."
"I came for a night and extended my stay. The owners are sweet and helpful. I checked in early and checked out late. They called and arranged for a taxi upon my departure. I booked the smallest room and it was much larger than I expected. The rainfall shower was a dream after being on a sailboat for a week. "Amazing and very chill place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Only negative we noticed was very limited parking for guests who rented a car. All servers, house keeping and front desk attendants were super friendly and made the stay feel like home. This place is in the city so very narrow streets and hilly around."
