"Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. "LOVED this property and would def go back. Room was a bit dated but in good shape and HUGE and the terrace / views amazing. The highlight!!! Love walking into town. Two thumbs up!! "

"We loved our stay at Arc du Soleil. The property was magnificent. Super clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. The team was very responsive if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again if back in St. John."

"Condo is very nice and clean! We were met at the ferry by a greeter, who took us to the resort, showed us our parking spot for our Jeep rental, and provided us with our room swipe cards. No other check in was necessary….incredibly convenient. Beautiful view of Cruz Bay off of the balcony. Conveniently located next to the ferry, several restaurants, and shops. Most of the bays, including Cinnamon, Trunk, Maho, etc., are just a few miles away. We would absolutely recommend this condo and hope to...

"This property was just perfect! Location was so convenient to Cruz Bay, but also so easy to get to Coral Bay. View from the pool and the balcony were priceless. House was well stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised! Our family had the BEST time and hopes to return to St. John and this property again soon!"

"We stayed in this lovely studio for 9 nights. It is clean, well decorated & well appointed with the things you need. We’ve stayed at Grand Bay many times and love that it’s walking distance to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, and the taxi stand. "Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!"

"Great villa, impeccably appointed and the pictures don’t show the incredible beauty! The hosts are attentive and responsive. The small details make it more special- spice selection, jugs of water to clean sand, thermapen for foodies, shopvac to help avoid rental car cleaning fees. Look no further. But, the kitchen did not have a stove. After looking through all cabinets we found they have a single burner and a separate grilled that worked just fine. "
