"Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room."

"I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

"The continental breakfast is amazing! The staff are all very helpful and kind. We had a king suite and those rooms were pretty nice, not everything was wiped down from housekeeping, but nothing crazy. Very comfortable. The TV and remote are very outdated though it was hard to function. I would definitely stay here again"

"The man at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He made multiple trips to our room to get us a rollaway bed for one of our kids. He was great."

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."
