"SOME LIGHTS COULD NOT BE TURNED ON LIKE THE ONES IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE NIGHT STANDS. THERE IS NO SWITCH ON THE TABLE LAMPS! THE ONE ON THE LEFT I FUGYRED OUT THAT I COULD SCREW THE LIGHT BULB IN AN IT WOULD COME ON, BUT NO SWITCH WOULD TURN IT OFF SO I USED THE BULB AS A SWITCH! THE KITCHEN WAS BARELY EQUIPED WITH NO BLENDER OR MIXER. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET CRACKED AND THE SEAT CAME APART. THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD DAMAGE AS DID THE BACK DOOR SECURITY LATCH WAS BROKEN. THE MASTER BEDROOM TOILET...

"The house itself was great! The only downside was the backyard wasn't as fenced in as it appears to be. It's great if you want to keep your dog confined to 3/4ths of the yard. No major issues, just a very dog rich neighborhood, so closing off that last corner would be beneficial. Host was very responsive and helpful. My final 0.02, we've never visted this area before, so it was tough to determine where parking was allowed and not when going to the beach. If further explanation was offered to...

"The location of this condo is excellent! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands is a neat property. Everyone is friendly and the amount of pools and other things to do is great! One thing that we didn’t like was that the poolside restaurant was only open Thurs-Sat which means we missed it. There is a restaurant you can walk to from the beach though—Barefoot and they have a cute pool and area for kids. Also none of the pools at Gulf Highlands were heated yet—maintenance told...
