Our first time in chincoteague was a delight

Location was great. Everything about this property was ideal. Well-stocked, clean and well thought through. I mentioned to coastal vacations that I was not a fan of the bunkbeds and thought visitors would prefer either a double or two twin beds. There is no traffic congestion in chincoteague and this is the height of the summer. A great time was had by all.

Great small cottage

We had a great experience renting this cottage for a long weekend. It was clean with fully functioning kitchen and a washer/dryer. It’s in a quiet area away from restaurants and shops, that is why I gave a 4 on location. It is an easy drive around the Island, to the lighthouse, beach, etc.; and 1 hour to Assateague National Wildlife Preserve and beach.

Girls week vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this cottage the year before. All in all, it was clean, quiet (next to a very small cemetery) reasonably priced. We had to leave a date early, due to the potential of possible flooding. Only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom carpet.

Daisey Cottage July 16-23, 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Daisey Cottage last summer (2021). It was immaculately clean. This year was completely opposite. The bathtub was disgusting and the water wouldn't go down. The stove was greasy, the rugs weren't vacuumed and the furniture was dusty. For check out we were supposed to vacuum and sweep the floors. Well the vacuum was broken! We never received the Complimentary Guest Amenity Bag either. Not sure if it's the cleaning people or the rental agency.

Well done

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. Now the owners have done even more to the house, outside and in. The little yard is perfect and "escape" proof. The house is very well thought out. And the decorations and furniture are first rate. We WILL be back.
