From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. "as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building. room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...

"Room was clean. Staff was friendly. No recycling bin in room was told to bring recycling down to lobby… what’s with that! Breakfast provided was poorest ever had at a hotel the offered breakfast… eggo waffles, few pieces of white/ brown bread in bread tray, yogurt snd 2 types of cold cereal."

"Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...

"Property was clean and well looked after. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and regular cream nit flavored. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Nothing hot unless you made toast or a toaster waffle. Coffee was really good though"
