" Hotel super charmoso, muito original com seus quartos em vagoes de trem recuperados. Funcionarios muito gentis. Nao tem serviço de quarto e restaurante no hotel, mas tem ótimos restaurantes muito perto. Super recomendo "

"O hotel de modo geral é bom , porém não dispõe de estacionamento grátis . A maioria tem e ele tem um ótimo estacionamento mas bem caro. Tinha 4 ônibus de excursão de jovens e causou bastante tumulto no hotel , principalmente no café da manhã que dispunha de um lugar super pequeno e com muitas pessoas juntas . Além da resposição ter ficado comprometida pois estava faltando muitas coisas , ficou impraticável servir e sentar em algum lugar disponível . Tivemos que sair e tomar café fora do hotel ....

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."

"We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like...

"Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum."

"It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "

We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions. "

"Very nice staff, clean hotel, room was great. Parki by was very convenient. Didn’t eat the breakfast, but it looked good. Only complaint for me and my wife were the pillows weren’t great but could be personal preference. "
