-over 400’ of new top of the line privacy redwood fencing.

-We capped these off with a nice new look of “Lake Shasta Blue” paint to our entry door. Welcome to our home!!!

Is the pool open? Yes. All year long it’s professionally cleaned and maintained (weekly) and open (not a heated pool).

Is the yard and pool shared?
No. It’s a private residence and only you have access to it.
