Casas de Férias em Chico, CA

"My room was perfect! Bed and pillows were yummy!!! I will try to stay here whenever I go back to Chico, Ca. Perfectly situated close to restaurants and highway. I absolutely recommend staying here!!!"

"Love staying here, it was close to town but enough outside of it so you don’t feel like you’re in the mess. Only had one slight snafu with the air-conditioning where I thought it was on, but only had the fan going so it got extremely hot. Luckily, the host was very responsive, and I got the place cooled down rather quickly. I love the fact that they had bikes in the garage that could be used to go into town without using the car. I definitely would like to stay here again."

"The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and...

"Pictures of house were bright and beautiful. Actual house was dark stained and looked like it needs some definite tlc."

"Very cute house and well equipped kitchen for longer stays. "

"We stayed here for a few days. Super cute little bungalow. Very close to downtown and the shopping district. My teenage son loved the loft area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. "

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications!"

"Excellent hosts, with an even better property. They took care of us and accommodated our needs more than we could ever ask for. thank you."

"Location is key! Walking distance to everything we needed. All accommodations met! Definitely pet-friendly. We’ll be back! "

"We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold...

"Thank you, Chelsea, from the bottom of my heart, for your quick responses and support during one of the hardest weekends in my life. As a Chico native, it was so comforting to have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to while my mom's Memorial service and associated events happened in Chico. I would love to stay in your place again for a more relaxing weekend! "

"Great central location and accomodating host"

"This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need."
