"Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem."

"Great place for a family weekend trip. We enjoyed our stay. The house is an old house, but they have done a great job of updating it. It was clean and comfortable. The back deck had a lot of tree debris and the hot tub was a little green so we didn’t get in it, but we enjoyed the house and fire pit. Also, it is too far up a steep mountain/hill to walk to town and the park, but it’s within 5 miles from everything you need or want."

"We had a great time at this property for a short family getaway. The only complaint I would have would be the busy street and it's loud at night when you're trying to sleep but that's nothing the owner can control. Overall the house was perfect, fully stocked, very spacious but cozy! Great communication from the host and we enjoyed staying at this property."

"We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)"

"Gorgeous home, situated in a new complex. The owner spared no detail in appointing this gorgeous home. From comfy throws to vintage glassware, the stay felt a little bit like Chattanooga and a lot like home. Within walking distance to coffee, bakery, bar, and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The master bedroom and small patio faces a busy street, which was very noisy on Friday night—all night, but the rest of the weekend was very quiet. (This the four stars for location.) Would stay...

"Everyone was so tired from our long winding road drive up from Florida. We walked in to find the best break from your normal hotel stay.. this place had every little unique castle like feel you could ask for we had such fun the minute we walked in there was something special to see in every little nook. "Anyone who loves Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings will immediately fall in love with this place. The amount of character and detail will amaze you. The host, Kristi, truly has gone above and beyond with ensuring her guests feel as though they were in Middle Earth. The beds were so comfortable and the inn was quiet and relaxing. You can spend an hour doing a scavenger hunt which we all really enjoyed. Next time we visit the area we will definitely be back. We highly recommend!"
