"The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!"

"Ótima localização "

"Localização, limpeza Conforto do quarto"

"Adoramos nossa estada no Pendry. Voltaremos com certeza. Tudo perfeito, maravilhoso. "

"Merecia 6 estrelas...

The hotel’s overall structure is outstanding — modern, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of guests during a ski trip. The services provided made a real difference in our stay, especially the dedicated areas for storing ski and snowboarding equipment, as well as secure spaces to leave personal belongings while we were on the...

"This facility is absolutely the best! This will be our third year in a row and it is even better now than when we started coming here. The food is great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff add so much to the experience with all their attention to detail. "

Sentimos falta disso "
