Each level features a full kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms (Queen + Full), plus a spa-like soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. With on-site parking and a prime location, it’s the ultimate multi-gen getaway. Togetherness, without the compromise. Your group’s private sanctuary awaits.

You’ll have the home to yourselves, but we’re always close by if you need anything. We respond quickly and are happy to help with early check-in, local recommendations, or anything that comes up during your stay.

Guest Access

• Entire Apartment: You have private use of the full Unit 1F and 2R , including all living spaces.

• Private Parking: Includes one dedicated uncovered spot in the rear of the building.

• Street Parking: Free street parking is readily available in front (no permit required).

• Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.

Your stay includes support from our local team to ensure a smooth stay.

• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee
• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas

Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy (14+ Nights)
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every two weeks to maintain the property and your comfort.

Fee: $150 per refresh

Deep Clean: Sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms.

Floor Care: Professional vacuuming and mopping.

Restock: Replenishing essentials like coffee, paper products, and toiletries.
