Popular nearby restaurants and cafés include Medici on 57th, Plein Air Cafe, Valois Restaurant, and Ascione Bistro. Nearby attractions include Museum of Science and Industry, University of Chicago, Promontory Point, Jackson Park, and Obama Presidential Center currently under development nearby.



Getting Around:

Getting around Hyde Park is easy with access to CTA buses, Metra Electric stations, bike paths, and rideshare services. Downtown Chicago is about 15–20 minutes by car or accessible via public transit. The neighborhood is highly walkable, making it easy to reach restaurants, coffee shops, parks, grocery stores, and attractions without needing a car.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.
