Lakeview is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood located on the north side of Chicago, Illinois. Known for its lively atmosphere, Lakeview offers a mix of residential charm and urban excitement. The neighborhood encompasses several distinct areas, including the bustling Southport Corridor, the historic Wrigleyville district, and the serene Lakeshore East Park.

**You may experience noise from the nearby train station during your stay. For light sleepers, we suggest considering the use of earplugs. We appreciate your understanding.

**Starting April 15, 2024, several enhancements will commence at the building. This includes painting various areas such as the common area basement doors, back porch doors, frames, windowsills, step sills, downspouts, wrought iron fences, and porch roof ceilings. Additionally, new storm doors will be installed for units lacking them or with older versions. Kindly move your personal belongings inside your unit and remove them from the back porches and from the back doors. This may take 4 to 6 weeks, weather permitting between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A separate notice will be sent for painting the back doors of units, as access to your unit will be required at that time. Please take caution when entering and exiting the work areas and be mindful of the workers during work hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

From O'Hare Airport to West Oakdale Ave, you have several transportation options available.

Option 1 is to take a taxi, which typically takes about 45 minutes, but the duration may vary depending on traffic conditions.

Option 2 is to use public transit.
You can start by boarding the Blue Line train to Clark/Lake Station and then transfer to the Brown Line heading towards Kimball before getting off at Wellington Station. From there, it's just a short 10-minute walk to reach the apartment.

If you're coming from downtown Chicago to the same destination, you can either take a taxi or opt to ride the Brown Line towards Kimball from any downtown station. When you reach Wellington Station, a brief 10-minute walk will bring you to the apartment.

- Please be considerate of fellow residents and maintain a low noise level, particularly during designated quiet hours.

- Certain reservations may necessitate additional screening, presentation of government identification, and a security deposit.

- The apartment strictly prohibits parties, events, and social gatherings.
- Engaging in illegal activities, drug-related actions, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Unannounced guests are not permitted.
- Smoking is absolutely prohibited within the confines of the apartment.
- Kindly refrain from leaving the premises excessively untidy.
- We kindly ask that you safeguard the keys and avoid misplacing or taking them upon departure.
- If you intend to bring a pet, please inform us and indicate the number of pets accompanying you. Please note that the building solely permits cats, with an associated fee of $50 per pet. Unauthorized introduction of pets may result in penalties. Furthermore, we kindly request that pets are not left unattended within the unit.
