Everything was great. It was sometimes hard to communicate with the staff as they didn’t speak the best English.

Cheeva Dee was amazing! I felt so comfortable at this adorable small boutique hotel. We could walk most places, the people were so welcoming and the breakfast was so good! The room and bathtub were fabulous. I highly recommend this place. One of my favorite places to stay my whole trip to southeast asia! They also had bicycles to borrow! Thanks Cheeva Dee!

Convenient location and very comfortable beds. The toilet was in the shower for some reason, but we made the best of it. Breakfast and coffee included with room and were very good.

Wonderful property in all regards Only issue is water pressure and a bit noisy if that’s an issue. Ask for the back of building rooms my was on the street and the mornings were a hit or miss with tranquility

The hotel is boutique - about 16 rooms. It's located in the middle of the vibrant Old City but is tucked away and very quiet. The staff are responsive, efficient and kind. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, a big bathroom with tub and separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the serving staff were super attentive. All around we had a wonderful experience.

Exceptional and unexpected

Cheeva Dee is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet location in the old city. I have stayed here before and will definitely continue to stay here when in Chiang Mai. The staff is super friendly and the service is exceptional. The day of check out, I was having lunch in a restaurant in another area of the city before heading to the airport and realized I didn’t have my watch. I called the hotel to see if I had left it in my room. I was going to return to the hotel to pick it up but without a moment’s hesitation they offered to send a staff member to deliver my watch to me at the airport. Now that’s 5 star service!

okay but not best
Overall is okay. Avoid if you are light sleeper as hotel windows not sound proof and you can hear everything from outside. Especially during weekdays at 8am. the noises from nearby kindergarten might interrupt while you sleeping.

Friendly staff. Pillows were a little too soft and there was a smell in the sewage system.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient
Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. There are a few minor mechanical things that could use a little attention (i.e. only half of the keys on the in-room safe actually worked) but overall things were really nice. The morning breakfast is outstanding and that alone is probably worth the price of the stay.

Super leuk hotel. Vrij nieuw. Dicht bij de hoofdweg en een avond markt die er op zaterdag was. Dicht bij de luchthaven (+/- 15 min) en het bus/treinstation is 20 min rijden. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Vooral de dame in de bediening. Ik heb leuk met haar gesproken. De kamers waren erg ruim. Ik zat in kamer 205. De kamer had twee ruime eenpersoons bedden en een grote lounge bank. Een kleding kast met een kimono en twee paar pantoffels. Ik vermoed dat de pantoffels na verblijf niet vervangen worden. Vooral de badkamer was erg groot; een ligbad, ruime inloop douche en een lange wastafelmeubel met twee grote spiegels en twee wasbakken. De lucht uit het rooster in de badkamer was niet erg prettig. Dit heb ik bij vertrek ook aangegeven en ze zouden er naar gaan kijken. Badschuim, shampoo en conditioner staan in de douche. Veel handdoeken(kjes) Al met een prettig hotel voor een.orettig verblijf. Ik raad deze dan ook aan en zou er zelf nog wel een keer verblijven.
