Lily Pad South at Loon Lake near Gore Mountain

Summary:

Lily Pad South is nestled in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY. This two bedroom unit is super clean and a great place to relax. The property is rural, yet centrally located to 5 lakes, skiing at Gore Mountain, and famous Lake George Village, with easy highway access only five minutes away.



Sleeps 4 adults plus 1 infant. If you have a smaller or larger group, please inquire about the availability of a 4 bedroom house or the adjacent 7 bedroom house.



The Space:

CLEAN and COZY!



Unwind and relax in a clutter free space. Both bedrooms feature luxurious bed linens and beds are prepped for your arrival. The fully equipped kitchen features cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and small appliances. A full bathroom with tub/shower include a bath towel set for each guest. Washer & dryer in private laundry room. Infant booster seats and pack 'n' play included.



Enjoy the outdoors with the outdoor fire pit with seating. Private lake access is a short distance away with private parking, boat docking, a picnic table, and a 2nd fire pit. Guests are welcome to use the numerous canoes and kayaks and their related equipment.



Guest Access:

Ground level entrance with sidewalks and paved parking. We keep all parking and walkways easily accessible through winter. Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

"Private Adirondack lake setting" yet only a 5 minute drive to a major highway. Loon Lake is a quiet lake with nearby swimming, fishing, and boating. Nearby restaurants and local breweries for every palette. Motor boat rentals and ski equipment available from the local marina.



During the winter, enjoy skiing at Gore Mountain or take in nature on cross country skis or snowshoes. Snowmobile rentals available just down the road. Only 25 minutes to historic Lake George Village and The Great Escape theme park.
