"What a lovely clean spacious apartment. Great location. So close to shops, restaurants and attractions, etc.Having a tesco express opposite of needed. Easy check in. And nice and quiet apartment block."

"I have stayed at The Pied Bull twice in the last year when visiting from the US. I stayed in 2 different rooms, a twin and then a double, both in the main building. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The pros are location, being convenient to everything that Chester has to offer including sightseeing, shops and places to eat. The price is also reasonable for being in the city center. The cons are no parking on site, although there are many options within a 10 minute walk from the property....

"Excelente. Apesar de acabadinho por fora, por dentro o lugar é muito bem cuidado. Superou minhas expectativas. O quarto que fiquei (twin) erabem espaçoso, bem iluminado e com muitas tomadas para carregar eletrônicos. Estava muito limpo e cheiroso. O banheiro também. O atendimento foi muito bom, pessoas simpáticas e atenciosas. O café da manhã era bem ok, com as típicas opções do English Breakfast, além de torradas, geleiras, cream cheese e frutas. Senti falta apenas de um bolinho. O hotel tem...

"Such a lovely stay the front of house staff were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you. The room was immaculate so clean and spotless and the room very modern with coffee with fresh milk and water. Bathroom spacious with a bath and a huge rainforest shower. "

"We had a nice 4 night stay here. It’s a lovely motel. The breakfasts are delicious and a big plus! The complimentary waters, tea, hot chocolate and cookies are also nice. A mini fridge would be a nice addition. The bathroom is big with a very comfortable shower. It’s a little further from the town center (an easy walk) but the river area is very peaceful. All of the staff were wonderful! "

"Exceptional staff. Every person i spoke to was helpful and very friendly. Building was a bit tired so some areas of cracked tile and mold staining in the pool area. Room smelt of wet dog and there were clothes moths."

"Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. "
