The cottage has a beautiful entrance way with downstairs W/C at the end. Off to the right is a corridor leading to a newly fitted kitchen with modern amenities (no dishwasher) and a large living dining area with smart TV and comfortable seating.



Upstairs you will find tow bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is impressively spacious and features a king-sized bed, has built in wardrobes and a sitting area. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower, offering a great retreat following a long day exploring all Chester has to offer.

With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops, restaurants & attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all this beautiful city has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Close to the city centre, this 2 bed home could not be better situated for your Chester stay.



Pepper street has an array of restaurants - favourites of ours include Piccolinos, Opera Grill, Artezzan and nearby Thai - Ruan Orchid.



Right in the heart of the city centre, you can park your car and walk to all of the tourist attractions. The Roman Walls, The Ampitheatre, Chester Cathedral, The famous 'Rows' shopping and the beautiful Cheshire Riviera - the River Dee!!



Favourite pubs and bars include Metronome Jazz Bar (small but full of character) on Godstall Lane, Providence Gin (42 pages of Gin on the menu!) on Watergate street and 'The Disguisery' on the rows above Sainsburys on Watergate Street.



Definitely try Kookaburra Bakehouse on Goss Street. Other popular coffee shops are The Jaunty Goat and The Flower Cup.



The brand new Chester Market on Northgate Street is also well worth a visit!



Getting Around:

In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.

Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.

If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.



Other Things to Note:

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.



Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.



We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.



Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.



A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;



-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.

-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.

-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.

-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
