"Top to bottom, this is one of the best stays we’ve had!! This home has all the quintessential cottage feels, and very close to all the main attractions. The stand out things for me are the little things that Shannan took care of prior to our arrival that really made all the difference. Stacks of beautiful beach books, extra toiletries for weary travelers who potentially left things behind (haha), snacks, and the most charming decor all made for a wonderful stay. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. "Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. "

"The place is marginal at best! Old bread in cabinets, neighbors light goes on all night like a police car, smelly, small bathroom. Feels like a college dorm room . Left after one night and stayed at a friends house. And no online reviews? Makes me think they are being deleted somehow."

The property is centrally located and close to restaurants, shops and grocery markets. Karl was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend!!"
