Our 5-season cottage has a surface area of 160 m² on a raised ground floor and first floor. Dining room, equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room, 4 bedrooms in modern colors (one with 4 single beds), a small relaxation area on the mezzanine, 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. For your comfort, sheets are included in the price and the beds with duvets are made upon your arrival! Pétanque ground at the bottom of the hamlet. We look forward to welcoming you in all seasons. In a quiet area, this family home will seduce you with its comfort and quality furnishings. In the summer you can have lunch and enjoy the wooden terrace in the refreshing shade of the lime tree with private exteriors of 1000 m² (not enclosed). Courtyard, lawns and large grassy area surround the cottage. At an altitude of 800 m, come and discover our beautiful mid-mountain landscapes. Located southwest of Roanne, on the borders of Puy de Dôme and Allier, the Pays d'Urfé and the Côte Roannaise will surprise you with the diversity and beauty of the landscapes in unspoiled nature near the Livradois Forez regional park (the largest mountain bike area in France with the FFC label). In short, an ideal place to combine outdoor sports and rejuvenation, but also heritage visits and discoveries of gourmet restaurants.
