"This house is very comfortable, clean and the hosts are very nice and the communication is excellent! Great instructions posted in the house! Great hosts!"

"Really enjoyed this property! It was just as advertised, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. It’s in a great location with easy access to local events. Will definitely stay here again!"

"For the positives. The living room and kitchen areas were nice though the refrigerator is noisy. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. There was plenty of parking. They do have a washer and dryer on site and dishwasher. The negatives. The bedroom has an old carpet in it so it smells like wet dogs. If they remove the carpet and replace it with a different type of flooring it would be much nicer. The light on the nightstand didn’t work. The bathroom needs work, the sink doesn’t drain...

"Clean and cozy with modern upgrades. Great walking location to food and drinks. Would rebook."

"Great house, great space with all the bedrooms. Basement was our favorite area as well as back patio! Host was kind enough to allow us to check in early."

"Cute little one bedroom! Just a heads up there is no microwave. Beautiful neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations. There will be a good distance to carry luggage and stairs. Not an issue if packing light."

"Great place to stay, nicely renovated property."

"For the first time doing this, it's an experience I'm eager to repeat. I was nervous at first, but the contact person was extremely helpful, and I would freely recommend that anyone who hasn't tried this "take a chance"; it will be worthwhile for you. Everything that they explained was available, except for one minor glitch, but even that was so minor as to be unnecessary to worry about."

"Definitely great place in nice neighborhood. Could not be happier with or stay as well as communication with host was excellent. 9 out of 10"
