Tucked away on a quiet cul‑de‑sac, you’ll have permit parking, with additional paid options a 3min walk away.

The Space:

Spread over 3 floors there are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests as well as two modern bathrooms. It’s perfect for families, groups, or business travellers. All the town’s shops, restaurants, and attractions are just a short stroll away.



The house boasts four spacious bedrooms:



Bedroom 1, 2 & 3: Double Beds



Bedroom 4: Two single beds



Beyond the kitchen, the lounge offers seating for eight and a 43-inch wall-mounted smart TV ready for streaming our already included Netflix account.



Ground Floor Bathroom: Shower and toilet



Second Floor Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower and toilet



We offer a small courtyard with table & chairs for alfresco dining.



Appliances include an induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and a large fridge-freezer — everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the smart key box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

The neighbourhood around 25 Mitre St offers a classic Cheltenham blend of charm, convenience, and a calm residential feel. Staying here puts you within easy reach of Cheltenham’s artistic soul. Getting Around:

You are a few min walk away from the centre. You can either walk and enjoy the scenery or if you are in a hurry, there are taxi services available to take you anywhere you heart desires.

* Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, as well as coffee pods. We also provide salt, pepper, and oil for guests.



* Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white, freshly laundered bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in each bathroom.



* Wi-Fi is complimentary and is high spped with fast upload and download speeds. This is available to use throughout your stay.



* Toiletries: Hand soap, hand & body lotion, and toilet paper are provided.
