"The beds were very comfortable and all necessary cooking utensils were available. Even though I didn't use the pool, the pool area was beautiful."

"Disappointed that photos show patio view from back of hotel room and this is not the room we booked (but wanted). Patio door lock is broken, would not lock at all. Pillows were overly firm. Would be nice to have 1 set of firm and 1 set of soft for guests to choose from."

"Everything was great!"

"Hot water was unreliable the first night of our stay. Our bathroom door didn't shut/latch. There is no fan in the bathroom. There is mold behind the door and in the shower (probably frok lack of ventilation). The door code provided to us was wrong, and we were not provided the correct code until the next day AFTER we had already checked out. There is not a microwave in the room or available onsite. There were multiple pieces of a previous tenant's hair on the shower wall. This stay has seriously...

"Great Location, with cute clean rooms. The street noise from the bar down the street can be a bit much at times, but overall this was a lovely spot for a weekend away."

"The accommodations were clean, spacious and well appointed. The owner thought about providing a lot of little extras such as a few condiments, spices and zip lock bags and all the cooking utensils you would need. It made it easier to make a few meals in the room. The view was excellent, and the patio furniture was comfortable. The bed and bed sheets were first class. Chelan is a great little town and we will be back to stay at the place again!"

There was an electrical problem in the kitchen as proven by a flickering oven light (when no one was in the kitchen) intermittent outlet operation. (Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t). The apartment was lovely though. Maintenance crew was replacing outdoor carpeting-I get that. I told the worker we would not use the patio door after 9a.m. My granddaughter and I went to the hot tub and were literally...

"We loved staying at Vine and Dandy and would definitely come back again! Unfortunately our AC upstairs was not working during our stay but our host was communicative and got a maintenance worker to work on it (didn’t fix it) but overall our stay was great!"

"We had a great stay."

"We have been to The Grandview at least 45 times since 2004 for starters. In recent years we have opted for Campbell's resort (right across the bridge from The Grandview (both right in the center of downtown Chelan) but Campbell's has become harder and harder to get into because of the demand. The problem with The Grandview it is not being well kept. as an example, the outdoor carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms has not been replaced sine the remodel (over 20years ago), the room they...
