Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, located just two miles from downtown Chattanooga in the vibrant and rapidly growing Southside neighborhood. You`ll be within walking or biking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and local attractions, with bike lanes connecting you all the way to downtown. Plus, it`s just a short ride to many of Chattanooga`s hospitals.

The house is nestled in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood and features a fully fenced backyard with a cozy firepit and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Whether you`re here for business or pleasure, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

This home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom, is located on one side of the house, while the two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side, with a bathroom conveniently situated between them. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office space, complete with a daybed that can also serve as a sleeping area for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and the laundry room is available for your use during your stay. Whether you`re here for work or relaxation, this home is designed to offer both comfort and convenience.

You`ll have access to the entire house. There is one locked closet for supplies.

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
Thanks for choosing our place! We only ask that you treat our home the same as you would your own.

-No smoking of any kind inside the home please. Please step outside away from the doors if you smoke and throw away any cigarette butts. *There is an immediate $500 charge if there is evidence of any smoking inside the home. Extra charges will also apply if we find butts littered outside.

-Pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee. Max of two dogs please (we might be willing to consider exceptions to this, please contact us directly)

-No parties or events (out of respect for our neighbors)

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

Excessive Pet Hair Fee:
While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in a $60 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
