NOOGA Daze - PMI Scenic City

Amazing views, serenity, luxury. Experience Chattanooga in this unique chic modern studio apartment with contemporary furniture located within walking distance of some of Chattanooga's finest restaurants, the aquarium, museum and nature trails. Experience an amazing view of the city in this beautifully furnished home. Down the stairs off the back porch you will find a hidden birders' paradise. Treat yourself in this one of a kind custom home designed with the traveler in mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $65.

PMI Scenic City Requires a rental agreement for all our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

Damage Fees If Applicable (ranges are based off item size and quality):

Towels: $4 - $38 per item
Bedding: $8 - $66 per item
Comforter: / Encasements $88 - $141 per item
Pillows: $27 per item

Furniture / Decor / Fixture: Charged to guest according to vendor repair invoice

Excessive clean fee: $50 - $200 depending on extent of work required

Smoking inside property: $200 per day of your stay

Cool place, very convenient location. The host was super responsive. We visited during a really cold time, and would have loved if the place was a bit more insulated. And the hill to park on in the driveway was really tough on our car.

We were so close to shopping and dining. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and the view was amazing. We have family in the area, and we will for sure be staying here again.

This was just an awesome property to visit- filled with sunlight, deck with amazing view overlooking downtown Chattanooga and Lookout mountain. Comfortable amenities - from the couch to the pillows on the bed. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishwater for my at home meals. This is in walking distance ( HILL!!) of restaurants, coffee shops and groceries as well as some of the best ice cream in Chattanooga (Clumpies). The Walnut Street walking bridge is unfortunately closed for renovations but this is also within a five minute walk. I grew up in Chattanooga and went to High school in this area of town; I needed a place to stay as we sell my childhood home. This is certainly going to be my new home base whenever I am in town going forward. I have stayed in VRBO properties all around the world for over 15 years- this may be one of the best appointed and situated. I will be returning!

Exactly what we needed

This is a studio apartment, perfect for two people. Very close to downtown If you have issues walking, the apartment has no stairs We walked everywhere, Chattanooga is not a flat city so be prepared for hills

Beautiful view

Great location with a beautiful view! Think modern studio with great lighting. The Murphy bed was one of the most comfortable beds with awesome bedding. Everything was spotless and Super clean and very well stocked. We loved sitting out after sightseeing, drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the sunsets!

Quick trip

Stayed at the property for 3 full days and really enjoyed the time. The unit was very clean and felt the neighborhood was really nice. I didn’t think it was as clearly listed that this was essentially like a guest space located directly next to a full home. But it had a yard space and a small driveway and that wasn’t an issue. I did not think the full home was rented at the time we stayed so unsure since the yard and deck were connected if that could ever be an issue for someone in the future. All in all we loved our stay and would recommended!

Loved NOOGA Daze

I loved staying at this property, had a great first visit to Chattanooga. It's a great location to explore downtown, nice neighborhood, felt comfortable in the space, will return again when visiting family.

Great view, walkable Chattanooga

This rental was perfect for two adults, three nights in Chattanooga. The apartment was clean and well stocked with an absolutely beautiful view, especially at night. The electric fireplace was lovely as our spring days were sunny but nights were chilly. Very close to the pedestrian bridge over the river, we walked everywhere. Lots to do and see from this location. I would rent again!

Loved that we could walk to nearby restaurants and the Walnut Street Bridge (Pedestrian Bridge) to access more of the city. The unit was clean and lots of natural light!

Great place!

This property was great! My significant other and I ended up extending our stay because of how much we liked this area. Communication with the property manager was effortless. Downsides were that we lost power due to a thunderstorm and couldn’t find the breaker box which was located downstairs in another locked area of the property. Secondly, the dishwasher would not run properly. Thirdly, the toilet seat was really loose and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Despite those issues, we will definitely stay here again when return to the area if it’s available.
