First Level (Ground floor):
The ground floor of the townhome features a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed adorned with soft linens and fluffy pillows, complemented by nightstands and a closet for storage. Floor-length room-darkening curtains allow you to control natural light from the large window, while amenities like a Roku TV, clothes steamer, and sound machine enhance your comfort. A full-length mirror behind the door lets you check your "fit" before heading out.

The attached bathroom offers towels, shower toiletries, a hair dryer, and a walk-in shower. If you seek a serene space with a private bath, this room is perfect for you.

On the ground floor, you will also find the Speed Queen washer and dryer, which includes detergent sheets and dryer sheets, should you need to do a load or two during your stay. This convenient amenity ensures you can pack light and always have fresh clothes during your vacation.

Second Level:
This is the heart of the home, ideal for gathering with your group. The dining area features counter seating for four at the island and an extended table that accommodates up to 10 guests. A full-size fridge and gas range, along with a microwave, make meal preparation effortless. For coffee lovers, both Keurig and Nespresso machines are available, allowing you to savor your morning brew on the balcony just off the dining room. The spacious kitchen pantry is stocked with additional kitchenware, grilling utensils, a waffle maker, a griddle, and extra glassware for your convenience.

The living room offers a vibrant atmosphere with a spacious L-shaped couch adorned with decorative pillows, perfect for relaxation. A fabulous chaise by the windows invites lounging and great photo opportunities thanks to the excellent lighting. Two movable armchairs enhance flexibility for movie nights or games at the coffee table. Entertainment options include a large wall-mounted Roku TV paired with a Bluetooth sound bar, as well as an Angel Horn record player connected to bookshelf speakers. The cabinet beneath the TV is stocked with a variety of games, including Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens, Qwirkle, and dominoes, ensuring fun for everyone!

Third level:
The main living quarters feature a primary bedroom with a private bathroom. The bedroom features a king-size bed, soft linens, and fluffy pillows, complemented by a writing desk, swivel accent chair, and full-length mirror. Ample storage is provided with a large closet, six-drawer dresser, and two nightstands, which include hangers, an iron, ironing board, and a small safe. Two windows with floor-length curtains and a sound machine create a serene environment for restful sleep. The bathroom includes dual sinks, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, plush towels, shower toiletries, and a hair dryer.

Down the hall, the vibrant bunk room accommodates up to four guests with a full-over-queen bunk bed and pull-out twin mattresses, all featuring plush pillows and soft sheets. A nightstand with a lamp sits beside the bunk, while entertainment options include an arcade game and a PS5. For younger guests, toys and books for ages 3-6 are neatly stored in cubes within the closet. Full-length curtains allow you to darken the room for naps and bedtime.

A bathroom in the hallways nearest to the bunk room, features a bathtub/shower combo, a single sink, plush towels, shower toiletries, and a hair dryer as well.

Fourth Level:
This level features a favorite bedroom and inviting lounge areas. The bedroom offers a cozy retreat with no windows, dark-painted walls, and a brick accent wall, creating a private sanctuary. Enjoy the comfort of a king-sized bed with soft linens and fluffy pillows, complemented by nightstands and a closet for storage. A velvet armchair and small round table provide a perfect spot for quiet moments, while amenities like a Roku TV, sound machine, and clothes steamer enhance your stay. Please note, the fourth floor does not have a bathroom, guests staying in this room will need to use the bathroom located on the 3rd floor.

The fourth-floor lounge areas are ideal for relaxation and entertaining, boasting stunning views of downtown and Lookout Mountain. The indoor lounge features a velvet loveseat beneath a neon sign, perfect for intimate conversations and selfies, with a ring light and phone holder available for capturing memories. A metal and marble bar cart is stocked with barware for mixing cocktails to enjoy in either the indoor or rooftop lounge. The rooftop space includes a spacious seating area with couches and armchairs, a fire pit, string lights, and a Weber propane grill for outdoor gatherings.
