We would love to welcome you with open arms to enjoy our beautiful space, located near the heart of Chatham Ontario. Offering ample parking in the rear of the house with a very spacious backyard that is perfect for a family gatherings or even just a weekend spent with your loved ones by the fire pit. The property offers two seperate units that can also be booked together. Each unit offers a large tv in the living room with full wifi. Basement has additional queen bed and a sofa that can be used as Twin bed.Other than 4 queen beds we have 2 sofas one queen size and 2nd in basement as twin bed. (-We allow up to 3 pets and there is $100 fee per pet once you have informed us which kinda pet and size you had - 2 Car parkings are included if you need more space we can accommodate once we have communication with additional Fees 3- We have 2nd unit attached and if you have bigger group and all want to stay at one place you can rent 2nd one too where you can accommodate additional 4 guests easily 4- 4th bed & furniture in basement is not included, if more beds are needed kindly inbox us to make arrangements to keep it Reafy for you )
