One of the reasons we love our house is because of how bright and cheery it is! There are two good sized rooms for gathering- one for adults, one for kids. The house is on a quiet street and has a private backyard with a fire pit. We are also lucky to have a wooded lot across the street. There is easy access to popular Ridgevale Beach - either walk or it is a quick drive.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter this brightly accented combination kitchen/dining area with full amenities - stainless fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. Dining for 6. Wainscoting and exposed brick fireplace offer a homey feel and add charm to this Cape Cod home. Off the kitchen, to the right is a light, bright sunshine filled living room, with a bay window, hardwood floors, fireplace and comfy seating for all! Enjoy a good movie on the flat screen TV or kick back and relax with a good book!

The den, with additional sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa, is to the left of the kitchen. There is another TV and games to play. Head out the slider to access the deck where you can relax among the mature plantings and tastefully landscaped back yard. The deck encompasses the length of the house with dining set/umbrella, and a gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water - A true Cape Cod tradition. The garage has 5 beach chairs and a beach cart and even boogie boards and a croquet set for your use.

Across from the family room in the hallway is a full bathroom with deep tub and shower combo.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and an en suite full bathroom (#2) with deep tub/shower combo. His and Her closets ensure you have room to bring all your favorite outfits. Even more room with the large dresser and mirror.

Bedroom #2, has a Queen bed, writing desk, closet and dresser.

The washer/dryer is located in the lower level basement.

Be sure to take a stroll down to Ridgevale Beach which is just a half mile from the house! There are Kayak Rentals, sailboat and SUP rentals right at the beach if you are up for an adventure on the water- there is even a small snack bar for a casual lunch or a cooling milkshake!
