"We booked this beautiful home for the Fourth of July long weekend. The check-in was simple. The house is newly remodeled, right out of HGTV! Everything was brand new. The furniture was comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances that cover every cooking and baking need. "It was a great property, not fond of the location on the main street. Del Mar, extremely responsive to any call. Could’ve had a little bit better in the description of what was there and what was available on a daily basis I didn’t realize we would have someone come and make up the beds and give us fresh towels. I thought that was terrific and they did have plenty of beach towels I brought my own. I didn’t have to bring them. Tennis court was a big hit. Layout of the house was great. "

"Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. "

"The house was lovely - photos were accurate. The house is located on a busy street but the backyard was great and it was close to everything we needed/wanted. The upstairs space was perfect for kids. Only negative was that there are no dressers in most of the bedrooms so we had to use our suitcases and no dedicated dining room (but we ate outside most of the time anyway). The property managers were friendly, helpful, and very responsive!"
