"This was my 11th summer renting a home in the Dennis/Chatham/Harwich area for a work trip on which, this year, I was also fortunate to include my family. As we all know, prices for property peak season have grown near an unaffordable level, but I would say given our experience, @ this price-point, this was near the bottom of values of my stays.This home is located in a convenient area less than an 8-10 min drive from mult beaches and downtown Harwich. The owner was very receptive to messages....

"The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!"
