"My husband and I enjoyed this location for venturing out and exploring different parts of the Cape. The cottage is well appointed with everything in a tidy spot. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach and made our stay carefree. We liked having access to tv and enjoyed playing a board game that was left for use on a shelf with games, puzzles and some books. This spot feels very residential but has nice access to Brewster and has a pond within walking...

"We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!"

"We loved staying in The Cottage - it was the perfect fit for our weekend trip and honestly more spacious than I was anticipating! The host was forthcoming with communication and even offered for us to change weekends when the weather seemed it would be crummy! We hope to stay here again next year!"

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely nice furnishings, everything you need and more. The cottage is private with a great location. Directly across the street from Ocean Edge Mansion where we had breakfast on the Terrace. Walked to the Snowy Owl for coffee. Good communication with homeowners. Will definitely check availability for future Cape trips. "

"The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. "
