"The staff was absolutely amazing. They answered every question we had with such kindness and were so accommodating. I can’t believe how nice the property was. Would 10,000% stay again!"

E, para completar, nível de segurança pessimo (teve um dia - 20/21ABR - em que ocorreu um roubo em uma concessionária próxima ao Hotel, e o suposto ladrao (total de 03 é que foram pegos depois pela polícia) se escondeu no Lobby do Hotel, como hóspede fosse, ou seja, tem que melhorar o nível de segurança."
"When I asked for water at the check-out counter, the staff member dismissively pointed toward the gym, even though there was a water jar sitting right in front of him. He flat-out said he didn’t want to refill it. There was no one else waiting behind my family, so it’s not like he was busy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for guests."

"I stayed here for 3 nights last month while attending the Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur. The beds are very comfortable and the room had a full kitchen! They have an amazing hot breakfast prepared by chefs and a comfortable dining area. There’s also a large gas-powered fire pit outside that’s relaxing to sit next to on a cool night. "
