It was a great location, 25 minutes from downtown with mountain views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. So happy with my choice to stay here."

"Quarto com sofás manchados, café da manhã faltando tudo (funcionários lentos, sem iniciativa…enfim, parecia que a pessoa tinha que implorar se quisesse algo (muito triste mesmo. E, para completar, nível de segurança pessimo (teve um dia - 20/21ABR - em que ocorreu um roubo em uma concessionária próxima ao Hotel, e o suposto ladrao (total de 03 é que foram pegos depois pela polícia) se escondeu no Lobby do Hotel, como hóspede fosse, ou seja, tem que melhorar o nível de segurança."

"A reserva deste hotel incluia serviço diário de limpeza e arrumação do quarto, infelizmente isto não ocorreu e nos 6 dias que estive hospedado lá não foi feita nenhuma limpeza ou arrumação do quarto, fora que o chuveiro gotejava muito e o cooktop não estava funcionando. Fiz a reclamação destes ítens na recepção do hotel por 2 vezes e nada foi feito, infelizmente... O quarto é confortável e a localização boa mas, este acontecido me deixou bem insatisfeito com esta estadia. "
