"The staff was absolutely amazing. They answered every question we had with such kindness and were so accommodating. I can’t believe how nice the property was. Would 10,000% stay again!"

E, para completar, nível de segurança pessimo (teve um dia - 20/21ABR - em que ocorreu um roubo em uma concessionária próxima ao Hotel, e o suposto ladrao (total de 03 é que foram pegos depois pela polícia) se escondeu no Lobby do Hotel, como hóspede fosse, ou seja, tem que melhorar o nível de segurança."
"Easily accessible. Friendly staff: Jeremy was neat guy with friendly attitude. Good pool and fine exercise room. The iron in my room had wax on it which stained my pants, but removed with care; the iron was quickly replaced."

"Mike at the front desk is not only friendly but very helpful! Normally where I would have had an issue checking in Mike was understanding and quick to come up with a solution and was able to work with me"
"Clean, good service, met all my needs. Except I do prefer a tub bath and there was only a shower, which is common at this chain.
There was a busy street right nearby that made a lot of noise. That didn't bother me - I sleep through noise just fine - but I mention it because there are some that might be bothered and would want to know in advance. "

"I mostly stayed only at night to sleep. It was an OK experience. Staff was polite. Room needs more maintenance and certainly better cleaning. Location is great. "

"A reserva deste hotel incluia serviço diário de limpeza e arrumação do quarto, infelizmente isto não ocorreu e nos 6 dias que estive hospedado lá não foi feita nenhuma limpeza ou arrumação do quarto, fora que o chuveiro gotejava muito e o cooktop não estava funcionando. Fiz a reclamação destes ítens na recepção do hotel por 2 vezes e nada foi feito, infelizmente...
O quarto é confortável e a localização boa mas, este acontecido me deixou bem insatisfeito com esta estadia. "
