"The staff were excellent!"

"Hotel muito confortável, vale a pena."

"The staff was extremely nice and friendly. That building is just old. A lot of the stuff inside the rooms was dirty outdated I think the door to the room that we were staying in was broken into wasn’t locking very good. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Nice"

"Professional, clean and kind staff with good breakfast"

"My experience was not very pleasant. Upon arrival, I found that the two rooms I had booked—which were supposed to have full-size beds—had to be changed; one of them was switched to a room with queen-size beds because there were four adults in one room, which resulted in an extra charge. 🙄 During the night, we noticed that the room we were assigned was full of stink bugs, and the air conditioning was not working. In the middle of the night, we had to move to a different room. This hotel does not...

"Boa."

"Mas condiciones para los baños"

"The air conditioning was fantastic. The beds are hard and not comfortable at all. The room was clean with a few areas on the floor that could’ve been swept up. The complimentary breakfast was not with it at all. A few pitiful eggs, some potatoes and some milk. Everything else had to be made by the hotel guest. Staff was generous and helpful."

"The property I would say looks rundown the elevators don’t work and I was on the third floor, so I had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage I had to swap rooms a couple of times due to different issues ,smelling like smoke ,TV not working , no phone etc. last but not least a worker tried to come in my room at 9 AM thank God I had the top lock latch in the door double locked because he would’ve seen me naked. I was terrified!"

"Historical, antique look, great location. The only disadvantage is missing GYM"

"Loved staying here. My husband graduated BCT and we stayed here for the family weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely stay here again for AIT graduation"
