"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. "I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

"Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay."

"The room was clean but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Then it started to beep every 20 seconds. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The shower needs to be updated and the shower curtain had mode on it. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. For a one night stay was ok. But I wouldn’t recommend stay for several days until they get everything functional."
