Step inside through the grand entryway and discover a space thoughtfully designed by one of Charleston’s most celebrated interior designers. Built in 1852, the home beautifully blends historic character with modern comfort, creating a warm and elevated place to relax.

The sun-filled living room features soaring ceilings and tall windows, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a movie on the Smart TV or gather around the dining area. The living room sofa easily converts into a queen-size pullout bed for additional sleeping space. A chic half bath is conveniently located on the main level, and the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and updated finishes, perfect for preparing meals at home.

Upstairs, enjoy two serene bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, luxury linens, and ample closet space, along with a spa-like full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer. One bedroom also includes a cozy desk, ideal for remote work or quiet moments.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
