The fully stocked kitchen is both elegant and functional, featuring luxurious cabinetry with gold finishes, an oversized island with seating for four, and a spacious dining table that seats eight guests comfortably.
Please note: the industrial hood range is not available for guest use.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a classic and clean seating area designed for comfort and relaxation, complete with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
PARKING:
There is one (1) off-street parking space located at the property. Please note: The driveway is narrow and it may be difficult for oversize vehicles to access.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2026-07232 and Business License BL045899-04-2026
Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.
