Overall a good experience. Great location for fine food. Very nice community spaces. Very clean and fresh. Management was responsive to problems (broken toilet) and other questions.Improvements could include: Outside lights could turn on with a sensor. Arrived after dark and difficult to find unit and key pad because front door lights were off on all units.Some spaces very small: The queen bedroom is very small and difficult for 2 people to negotiate.King bathroom on second floor is very small and hard for 2 people to share.Expectations need to be adjusted for these realities. Still would have stayed there, even if it had been clear about the shortcomings of some spaces.

This was the most perfect place for our group of six girlfriends who love Charleston! The layout of the house was just what we needed and accommodated us perfectly. It was clean and well equipped. We are all walkers so it didn’t other us to walk to the city market area, but we did Uber back. So the location is good as there are several nearby restaurants, grocery and liquor stores.We did have an issue with the upstairs air conditioning unit and the shower drain in one of the bathrooms, but communication with the host was excellent and the issues were resolved promptly.All in all we were very pleased this this rental and will definitely stay here again!

We came to Charleston with three couples that have been best friends since high school for a fun kid free weekend and this property did not disappoint. It was close to all the restaurants and bars the decor and the comfort of the home was top-notch. I would highly recommend it as well as stay again.

Great host and beautiful property!
We had a wonderful 4-night stay with our family of 7. The property was spacious and beautifully maintained, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The home was well-equipped with modern amenities.The host was very accommodating and communicated promptly, which made check-in and check-out smooth.Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this VRBO to other families visiting Charleston. We look forward to returning!

The Place to be definitely lived up to its name. Wonderful location. Beautifully decorated and first-class concierge service for any questions we had. White noise machines in each room—nice touch.
