The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy meal prep, along with a dining table for four. In the living room, high vaulted ceilings and plush seating invite you to relax, while the Roku TV makes streaming your favorite shows a breeze.

Each bedroom serves as a private retreat with its own ensuite bathroom and a comfortable king or queen bed for restful nights. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially for longer stays.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire first floor, with easy entry and well-lit common areas. For shorter stays, a street parking pass for one vehicle is provided, with additional parking options nearby.

We loved it here. We were notified early in the day that our place was ready for check in. The location was amazing. Easy walk to everything we needed. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would love to visit again!

Great location, we were able to walk to many of our activities. Loved just walking around the neighborhood too. The VRBO itself was perfect. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Parking is the only issue. I was told I had a “parking pass” but no info on where to find it or how to use it. We parked on the street and sometimes it took a few trips around the block to find a spot.

Very clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. I love that each room can be a different temperature. Decor is great. Host was great! Parking was OK. No designated parking but they gave us passes to park on the street. Usually had to park at least 1 to 2 blocks away but didn’t mind walking as long as someone was with me. Kitchen seemed to have everything needed. Didn’t cook, just coffee and tea. Great location but needed a car to get to the places we wanted to go. May have been walking distance for younger folks but not old folks.

Perfect location - so close to King street shopping and restaurants. I would def rent the cottage again and include the upstairs unit as well. There was another group staying upstairs while we were there and they were super loud so that was the only downside but still a great stay

We enjoyed our stay! the location was excellent! walking distance to King St. The place was perfect for 4 of us. Each couple had their own bathroom. the only issue we had at first was the parking pass was not there when we arrived but they got it down to us a few hours later. We had already gone exploring so it was no big issue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again. The pictures look the exact same as the inside.

Washington loves Charleston

We loved Charleston and the location of this unit was perfect! It’s in walking distance of King Street and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The only thing to be aware of is there is an apartment above you and this is an older building so we heard the creaky floors when those guests came home, moved chairs around and partied. The property asks you take off shoes because it is very noisy for the people below but our neighbors ignored that request unfortunately.

Awesome rental and great location!

Our stay was great. Only minor issue was finding the parking lot. Text messages kept saying the lot was located at 97 Spring but you cannot see the parking lot from the road. We had to walk into Duvet to get clarity. All in all not a big deal. We would stay here again.
