Sunny Side Up, which is a clean, airy, beautifully furnished condo that overlooks The Moorings community pool and the Isle of Palms Marina, is the perfect home for you and your guests to soak up some sun, swim in the community pool and enjoy the majestic beauty of the boats docked within the marina boat slips. Sip your morning coffee on our covered screened balcony, watch the pelicans soar in the blue sky overhead, go fishing along the docks or take a leisurely walk on the pathway that runs alongside Morgan Creek. Be sure to leave plenty of time to hit the beach; check out the Marina Market; enjoy golf, tennis & other amenities of Wild Dunes Resort; rent a boat at the marina's boat rental office; and let your kids run & play at the nearby playground.

This restful seaside home has been renovated and features a fun surfer theme with soothing colors, natural decor & soft, cozy furniture. The rooms of this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the first floor and walk into the front door. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, the Sunny Side Up provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time.

Sunny Side Up is located within the gated resort community of Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. The resort is beautifully landscaped with lush, tropical vegetation and is home to two fantastic golf courses. There are several restaurants, two bars, a market, an ice cream shop and spa within the resort. Guests of Sunny Side Up are also welcome to rent bikes and ride along the bike paths that run throughout the resort.

Guests enter Sunny Side Up by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 505). Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and dining room areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the community pool & Isle of Palms Marina from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the covered screened porch from either the living room or the master bedroom. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.

Sunny Side Up is located within The Moorings residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Everything was great except the air conditioning was not very good. The condo was very warm inside and no matter what we could not get the air conditioner to cool it, even durning the night it was so hot we couls not get any restful sleep.

Fall Vacation
Our stay at Sunny Side up was great! We brought our boat down the Cooper River and docked at the IOP marina. We were a little disappointed the condo/Wild Dunes did not allow golf carts, but we rented a car and took an Uber when needed, so all worked out! We had a great time. Plenty of space for all of us and everything was clean and worked properly.

This property was exactly as pictured and described online! Stunning! Myself and my family stayed here to attend a family wedding at the Dunes Resort and it was great easy access to the resort, the beach was amazing, the pool was lovely we had no issues at all! We would love to return next year!

My friends and I had a great stay at Sunny Side Up. Steven provided instructions for a smooth check in, as well as details about the rental, resort and beach. The condo is tidy and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and beach gear. Pool and boat docks just steps away. Serene and clean beach is walkable, under a mile. But also drove and didn't have a problem finding parking either. Convenient location to Charleston as well. Thank you!
