If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Family Trip to CHS
The Newberry was perfect for our family of four! Extremely clean, spacious bedrooms and it was really nice to have the dining room. Lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Great Stay
Wonderful heritage suite with three spacious bedrooms set in a great neighbourhood. A bit of a walk to the downtown heritage area but the walk is enjoyable and passes by historic houses. Place was clean and well equipped. Would happily stay again.

This apartment is attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. It has parking in the rear for 2 vehicles. This is important because there is no parking for guests (like us) on the busy strèet in front.The neighborhood is primarily residential and about a 10 minute drive to the historic area.

Family trip to Charleston!
This property was absolutely immaculate and beautiful. Loved the location, easy walking to downtown. Plenty of space for family of 5. Loved enjoying a drink on the spacious porch. Very responsive property manager. Great parking for 2 cars. We left behind a pair of diamond earrings and they were promptly located and we were provided with an easy return process!! Would definitely stay again!

Charming Place
The house was very cute and clean. Fully stocked house, they even had bug spray available and you're gonna need it in Charleston. Parking was a little bit of an issue. There were two spots available, which was nice, but we just parked one vehicle and used ours the whole time. It was very tight. The street this house is on is very busy at certain times of the day as well.

Listing was just as described! There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. Host was very responsive anytime I reached out - before, during, and after our stay. Home was in a great location. Would definitely rent here again for our next family trip!
