Kiawah Seascape Villa

Our villa is located on the second (top) floor of the quiet, secluded Seascape Villas. Perfectly situated in Kiawah's West Beach Village, you'll be only minutes from the Kiawah entrance gate, with convenient access to the West Beach Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course, Freshfields Village shopping and dining, and Night Heron Park. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shaded path. Out on the villa's screened in porch you'll be greeted with a serene view of wooded forest where you can enjoy watching Kiawah's abundant wildlife. Kiawah is one of the top ten beaches in the US. It is known for its beautiful natural environment.

Our villa was completely refurbished in 2018 with stylish tile and plank floors, beautifully tiled shower, granite counter tops and new high-end furnishings. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, wireless high speed internet, a full stock of kitchen pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, and available beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy at the beach.

We have been renting from the Stacy's for a number of years now and keep returning because it is a perfect fit for us. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and the Stacy's were extremely responsive with a brand new unit the next business day. The beach is literally a two minute walk down the trail. The beach speaks for itself and that's why we have been visiting Kiawah Island for the past 20 years!!

Checking in and getting on the island was easy. Everything was perfect; the property was immaculate. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Literally steps from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Everything went very well. The place had everything we needed and no question, we would go back there at this place again. It is very nicely decorated and furnished. Only one inaccuracy with the description of the property, It's not a 5-minute walk to the beach. It's more like 2 to 3 on a nicely wooded decking material. I'm 62 and could sprint to the beach in 30 seconds.There were not many people in the building with us other than maybe 3 units, but it is very quiet on the entire island it seems even though there were people around. We are 1st timers to Kiawah, but fell in love with it.

The place was beautiful! Exactly how it’s pictured. There wasn’t a thing wrong! Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. It’s a very quiet area. Such a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. What a beautiful island and villa! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful stay, steps away from the beach and conference center. I was impressed with the great supplies provided for cooking, laundry, and beach time. While I was here for work, I am excited about the intent to return here for a personal stay!

Everything is as pictured and stated in the description. There is a short walk to Boardwalk 7 which was so convenient. We were able to enjoy sunshine and wildlife just steps from the Stacy Villa. Communication was excellent with the owners.

A real beach oasis. The villa was perfect for my husband and me. Short paved walk to the beach. Villa had everything we needed- umbrella, beach chairs, and even a small cooler for our drinks. The bed was so comfy! We went into Fairfield’s village plaza for dinner at the wine bar and the pizza place- both were great! First time to Kiawah island but we will definitely be back! Thank you for such a perfect spot!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was outstanding and just perfect for a beach vacation. Comfortable bed, lovely screen porch to have coffee in the morning and steps from the best beach. Lots of great places to eat and shop. My only suggestion is to add a blender to the nicely stocked kitchen. We hope to be back!

Relaxing beach vibes

We had a wonderful time at the kiawah island condo. The place was clean and very comfortable! Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the beautiful beach. The beach chairs were so nice to be able to use and the beach was not crowded, very relaxing. Loved Charleston too! We also enjoyed the Salty Dog cafe on the water nearby and live music on Saturday night.

Relaxation Getaway

The Stacy Villa was absolutely lovely! Mike and Kathy were prompt and pleasant in their communications, providing check-in details well before my arrival. The renovated apartment was clean, bright, and airy, and provided a quiet retreat after long days on the beach or adventuring (Morris and Bull Island tours are on the "Do Not Miss" list!). During rainy spells, the enclosed porch was an absolute winner for enjoying nature while staying dry. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, and "tools" for building sand castles. The kitchen was stocked with standard spices, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. Any other supplies you may need can be found in Freshfields Village or elsewhere around Charleston. I highly recommend this property and am looking forward to a return trip to the villa and Kiawah Island.

Short and sweet.

Our short weekend visit for a wedding was made better staying here! Quick walk to the beach and wonderful running trail gave us some great personal time. The home is very clean and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Hosts were quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend this place!

We have stayed in this unit before. Always clean and ready to occupy. Appliances are newer and work. Flooring is clean and acceptable. Bedding is acceptable. Ingress and egress are very convenient with key pad. The only issue I can complain about is the condition of the outside wooden stairs. Totally unacceptable from a safety standpoint. NEEDS TO HAVE THE TREADS REPLACED OR BETTER YET, a total replacement. This is obviously not the owners fault but should be addressed. Overall, a great unit and price. We will be back.

We are in our mid 70’s but only a 3 minute walk for us to the beach. Perfect condo for two people with everything you need. Very clean.
