Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops ā€“ including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques ā€“ as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Perfect spot for a girls getaway

We had such a fantastic stay with girlfriends at this property in Charleston. The house was well appointed, clean upon arrival and as described. The rooms and bathrooms were all great size, perfect for sharing and spacious enough for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the finishings were all beautiful - a very well renovated spot. The location was walking distance to corner stores and restaurants, and a short cab ride to the main strip. It was also easy to access roads taking you to Sullivanā€™s Island and Isle de Palms. Arrival and check out was super simple, the home felt secure, equipped with cameras, etc. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a fantastic girls getaway!

Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of room for gathering in the living room. Beautiful, fresh, and contemporary decor. Reserved parking just steps away. Our group was made up of 4 couples from various parts of the country attending a wedding of a mutual friend's son. We wanted a house with a large living room/kitchen where we could hang out and catch up with each other...this house was perfect for our group.

Great Stay in Downtown Charleston

Overall this property is perfect for a group or family stay in Charleston! We stayed with two couples and two toddlers and it was perfect. Each of the rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are very nice too. Beds are comfortable and everything felt clean. There are stairs which was fun but challenging for toddlers, just FYI. It is super close to The Daily for a morning coffee and Leon's for lunch. Many of the higher end restaurants and shops are farther down on King but nothing you can't walk to or drive quickly. Also, we find this house to be nice and quiet. A great stay that we would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for friends!!

This house is perfect for large groups-there are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths-one of the bedrooms shares a bathroom. We had 4 couples so this worked out great as each couple got their own bed and bathroom. Itā€™s listed as 5 kings but one bedroom is definitely a queen. There was construction going on so the couples in the back of the house were woke up early to hammering. We were able to walk down king street from the house to enjoy restaurants and shopping. The rooms did have sound machines which was nice to help drown out street noise at night, but it is a fairly quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent again!

Lovely property! The bedrooms facing the street were a bit noisy. One bathroom had ants, but the property manager responded quickly and took care of it. Very roomy and quaint!

Perfect getaway!

Our group of couples and friends had the best time visiting Charleston. We all love the dining and shopping scene and this home was in the perfect location. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our visit. Will definitely try to book again on our next visit, our host was extremely responsive and hospitable! 10/10!!!

Perfect for a girls trip!

We had an amazing stay in this adorable home! We had the perfect amount of space with number of bathrooms & king size beds. Linens were laundered so well, not to mention also smelled amazing. We had beautiful folded towels on all of our beds, and had such a great night sleep each night. Comfy, cozy, and perfect for our Charleston stay! Highly recommend booking this house for your next girls trip in CHS.
