This dog friendly, 3 bedroom home with a large, fenced backyard is conveniently located minutes from the Ravenel Bridge, which connects Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. Queens Court is 5 minutes from Mt. Pleasant restaurants & shops, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Sullivan's Island beach. This private & tranquil home provides the perfect getaway retreat for families, friends and furry friends. You'll feel right at home at Queens Court with its renovated kitchen and bathrooms, kids' bunk bedroom and fenced backyard.

Guests enter Queens Court by walking up the sidewalk to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a living room with a large, comfortable couch & big screen TV and a dining room and renovated kitchen. The hallway off of the living room leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.



Queens Court is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.



Guests will receive a rental agreement upon booking. This agreement contains an option for property-specific refundable security deposit or $39 nonrefundable limited damage waiver to cover accidental damage to the premises and its contents (as set forth in agreement) up to $1500 per stay in the aggregate caused by guest or their invitees. Guests who opt for the nonrefundable limited damage waiver remain responsible for any damages not covered by nonrefundable limited damage waiver. Guests who opt for refundable security deposit agree to pay for all damages to Unit or Unit’s property (except normal wear and tear) that occurs during Guest’s stay. Rental agreement must be signed and returned or you will not be allowed to access the rental property. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, you have 24 hours upon receipt of the agreement to cancel your reservation. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.



Bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to check in less a $200 Admin Fee. No refunds within 60 days. No refunds for travel, weather or other delays. Please purchase travel insurance.



All reservations subject to CLEAR ID security checks, completion of guest and car registration information and confirmation of understanding of all noise, parking and trash ordinances.



Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

The property has a great location and a nice overall layout, which made it convenient for our stay. The deep bathtub was a highlight and was especially enjoyed by my boys. The home also features newer appliances, including a washer and dryer that worked well—clothes dried quickly, which was a plus.However, there were several issues that should be addressed.Cons:There was visible mold in the bathroom caused by what appeared to be a leaking toilet. This seemed to be an ongoing issue and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.After reporting the mold to VRBO guest services, the owner indicated someone would stop by without proper notice (“just a heads up one of the guys is going to stop by”), raising privacy concerns.The hot water ran out quickly, making it difficult for multiple people to shower or bathe.There was active construction across the street starting around 8:00 a.m., creating noticeable morning noise.The kitchen lacked basic necessities—no countertop cleaning supplies, foil, plastic wrap, or resealable bags. Only one large Tupperware container was provided.These are standard items expected in a VRBO. Having owned a rental, these are basic guest needs.The beds were very firm and may not be comfortable for all guests.The property is advertised to sleep eight, but it did not feel well-suited even for our group of three.Overall, improvements in maintenance, communication, and basic supplies would significantly enhance the experience.

Stay was good, but there were Cockroaches

I had seen some reviews from a while back that stated there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and assumed it was taken care of or maybe a fluke during that stay, but unfortunately we came across 2 cockroaches during our stay. The house itself was kept nice, but thinking about a cockroach crawling around your room when you’re trying to sleep doesn’t make for the most peaceful stay. Besides this, it’s in a GREAT location, easy to get to the beach and downtown. If you can get over the bugs, it’s a great place.

Stay Close to Charleston

The house met our expectations from the listing. Check in was convenient and Steven was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We were even given the option to check in early as the house was ready a little earlier than anticipated. The location was perfect as were were able to explore downtown Charleston along with some other nearby attractions. We were also able to walk from the house to explore Patriots Point and Shem's Creek Boardwalk for some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Decent pet friendly house in a great location.

My family and I stayed here for a few days with our pets for a local event. The house was clean. The people taking care of the place even left a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrived. It's in a great location with quick travel to downtown Charleston and Mt pleasant. The construction right I front of it did make it a bit challenging to drive around the equipment. For us the only real downside was the extremely hard mattresses in the bedrooms. It made it challenging to sleep well. Overall a decent place to stay that's pet friendly.

Thanksgiving in Mt Pleasant

Overall great location. Construction in lot in front makes it unsightly and street is a mess. Property lacks upgrades and needs painted inside. We didn’t spend much time there so we didn’t get to enjoy deck or back yard. Overall, not bad for the price.
